  • Promote user adoption by providing guidance, training and ongoing support to end users.
  • Ensure applications remain compliant with governance, security and change management processes.
  • Support application integrations and data flows between enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to deliver reliable, scalable and user-focused mobile solutions.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of mobile application standards, documentation and best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting mobile workforces within utilities, energy, infrastructure or other asset-intensive industries.
  • Knowledge of enterprise application integrations, REST APIs and data flows.
  • Experience supporting application testing, releases and change management activities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying improvements.
  • Customer-focused with a collaborative approach to delivering business value.

Desirable experience:

  • Experience with Skylark Transfer of Control.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow.
  • Experience working within Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
  • Familiarity with mobile device management principles.
