What you'll do
- Install and commission jewellery machinery.
- Diagnose and repair machinery and electronic faults.
- Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs.
- Train customers on machine operation.
- Troubleshoot circuit boards and electronic components.
- Read circuit diagrams and wiring schematics.
- Work with multimeters, oscilloscopes and other diagnostic equipment.
- Coordinate with international suppliers' technical teams for troubleshooting and support.

- 2–5 years' experience servicing industrial machinery.
- Hands-on circuit-board repair and fine SMD soldering experience.
- Knowledge of power electronics, rectifiers, power supplies and induction heating systems.
- Basic knowledge of PLCs, controllers, touchscreens and stepper/servo drives.
- UAE driving licence.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and occasionally abroad for supplier training.

- Jewellery machinery experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory.

Location: UAE, with customer-site travel across Dubai, Sharjah, Northern Emirates & GCC
Key responsibilities:
Install and commission jewellery machinery.
Diagnose and repair machinery and electronic faults.
Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs.
Train customers on machine operation.
Troubleshoot circuit boards and electronic components.
Read circuit diagrams and wiring schematics.
Work with multimeters, oscilloscopes and other diagnostic equipment.
Coordinate with international suppliers' technical teams for troubleshooting and support.
Equipment includes: CNC machines, 3D printers, casting machines, induction melting furnaces, laser welding/marking machines, rolling mills, polishing/cleaning machines, electroplating rectifiers and ultrasonic cleaners.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
2–5 years' experience servicing industrial machinery.
