Technical Support Analyst (fluent German with English)

Join a multilingual customer support team supporting customers of leading global technology brands. In this role, you will communicate with customers via phone, email and chat, helping them with product-related questions, troubleshooting, order support and general inquiries.

Location: We have opportunities at the Budapest or Debrecen office or remotely.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, full-time (mostly 8:30-17:00)

Languages: We are looking for candidates with German with strong English.

What You Will Do

• Provide customer support through phone, email and chat channels
• Assist customers with product and service-related questions
• Support order processing and order-related inquiries
• Troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues
• Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary
• Ensure high-quality customer experience in every interaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues

Requirements

• Hungarian location
• Hungarian citizenship
• Hungarian work permit
• Fluent German language skills (C1 level or higher)
• Fluent English (C1 level)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
