Transformation Delivery Manager

As a Manager in Transformation Delivery, you’ll be an integral member of the team, contributing to complex, high-impact engagements while building the management capabilities to shape meaningful change across our organisation. You'll be working with clients across ASX-listed companies, not-for-profit organisations, and private sectors.

What you’ll do: 

• Provide planning and roadmap development for digital initiatives. 

• Lead and manage program and project delivery efforts, focusing on scope, dependencies, and risks. 

• Engage with technical specialists to understand project impacts. 

• Identify business growth opportunities and drive strategic initiatives. 

• Develop governance frameworks, policies, and standards for consistency. 

• Manage stakeholder relationships and lead team development.  
  

What we’re looking for: 

• Demonstrated experience contributing across business, customer experience and technology workstreams within transformation or delivery environments. 

• Practical knowledge of project delivery methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2 or PMP, supported by relevant certification or equivalent experience. 

• Working knowledge of business and process analysis approaches, with the ability to translate requirements into clear delivery outcomes. 

• Experience using project management and collaboration tools, such as Microsoft Project and Jira, to support planning, tracking and reporting. 

• Sound understanding of risk, issue, dependency and quality management, with the judgement to escalate matters appropriately. 

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and coordinate effectively across multidisciplinary teams. 

• Developing commercial and financial acumen, with experience supporting project budgets, resourcing and delivery performance.

• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and agentic solutions to improve delivery outcomes, efficiency and innovation.
