- Provide dynamic teaching in core areas including critical thinking, research methodologies, mentoring and coaching practices, leadership, curriculum design, and inclusive education.
- Design and apply creative learning resources and assessment strategies that support the goals of the academic program.
- Support students in completing advanced assessments such as reflective writing, analytical critiques, research proposals, and the development of their final thesis projects.

- Work collaboratively with other faculty members to strengthen curriculum design and maintain high program standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional learning and contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing program effectiveness.
