  • Provide dynamic teaching in core areas including critical thinking, research methodologies, mentoring and coaching practices, leadership, curriculum design, and inclusive education.
  • Design and apply creative learning resources and assessment strategies that support the goals of the academic program.
  • Support students in completing advanced assessments such as reflective writing, analytical critiques, research proposals, and the development of their final thesis projects.
  • Cultivate a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that values diversity, equity, and respect for different perspectives.
  • Work collaboratively with other faculty members to strengthen curriculum design and maintain high program standards.
  • Participate in ongoing professional learning and contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
-Provide dynamic teaching in core areas including critical thinking, research methodologies, mentoring and coaching practices, leadership, curriculum design, and inclusive education.
