Position Summary:
- Supervise the preparation of event & meeting spaces, tending bar and serving platters of food
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings
- Supervise the execution of event arrangements to exceed guest expectations
- Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence to engage and inspire guests
- Lead the banquets team with support of the banquets manager in operational tasks
- Plan and execute team building activities so associates feel valued for their contributions
- Be a dynamic and thoughtful supervisor by empowering and supporting your team
- Lead the banquets shift by providing motivation and support to our waitstaff
About You:
- An up-to-date RSA
- Passion for the industry
- Relevant experience in a similar supervisorial role
- Working rights in Australia
- Enthusiastic to escalate your career
- Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
