We are looking for a Beverage & Food Supervisor to join our signature restaurant, The Lex. In this role, you will work closely with the B&F Managers to lead the team in providing efficient, professional, and friendly service to our guests. The Talent we are looking for must have: 

• Outstanding guest service skills
• Experience in supervising a large team
• Amazing attention to detail
• A strong passion for and knowledge of food, wine, cocktails & beer
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in a similar role in a high volume fast-paced restaurant
