Collections Opportunities with Dutch

Job location: Bucharest | Hybrid | 09:00–18:00

Role summary:

Join our Order to Cash team and support billing and collections activities for customer accounts. This opportunity is open to both entry-level candidates and professionals with previous experience in finance operations.

Please note: The planned start date for this role is January 2027.

Your mission:

• Perform day-to-day billing and collections activities;
• Follow up on customer accounts in line with accounts receivable procedures;
• Review financial information and help maintain accurate customer account data;
• Identify errors and support the implementation of corrective actions;
• Participate actively in training and continuously develop your knowledge of Order to Cash processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced Dutch & English language skills;
• High school diploma mandatory;
• For experienced-level consideration, at least 1 year of relevant professional experience;
• Ability to understand finance processes and apply logical thinking to daily activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree;
• Previous experience in Finance & Accounting, Order to Cash, billing, accounts receivable, or collections;
• Motivation to learn and develop within a finance operations environment.
