SALES ASSOCIATE

This position is open to both full-time and part-time candidates.

As a Sales Associate, you are a team player who has the ability to multitask and is focused on building lasting client relationships. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience.
• Execute operational tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Drive productivity by effectively multitasking and prioritizing daily responsibilities.
• Demonstrate adaptability and a strong desire for personal and professional growth in a fast-paced environment.
• Build lasting customer relationships by staying informed on current trends, products, and styling techniques.
• Partner with management to develop creative strategies that maximize personal and store sales performance.
• Drive Omni channel sales by utilizing all available tools and technology

YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:

• 2+ years of retail experience and a love for creating memorable customer moments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English is required.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
• Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and high retail traffic and sales days, including but not limited to the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother’s Day, etc.
