About the Role

At Toll Group, sustainability is at the heart of how we operate and grow. As an Environment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering environmental strategies that drive compliance, innovation, and long-term value creation across the business. Reporting to the Head of Sustainability, you will provide expert guidance on environmental risk, regulatory compliance, performance reporting, and environmental management systems while influencing stakeholders across a large and complex organisation.

A Day in the Life of an Environment Manager at Toll Group

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in environmental management, strategy, reporting, or compliance within a complex organisation
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with sound judgement.
  • Experience using and improving systems for environmental data collection and reporting.
