Position Summary:

Lead the restaurant service period, tending to the guest's and exceeding their expectations

Be an approachable and confident team leader by providing comfort and support to our team

Assist with the bar related tasks if required

Ensure the restaurant is adequately stocked and clean at all times

Understand our Dizzy Bird Guest requirements whilst creating a fun & lively experience

Support your Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks

Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests to enable future bookings
About You:

An up-to-date RSA

Relevant experience in a similar role
