What you'll do
- Lead the delivery of Cyber Hygiene programs, projects, and strategic initiatives.
- Manage the Cyber Hygiene engineering roadmap, priorities, dependencies, risks, and milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Security Engineering, Operations, Cloud, DevSecOps, Application Security, and Platform teams.
- Provide delivery governance through planning, progress tracking, RAID management, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Act as the primary escalation point for project risks, issues, and delivery blockers.
- Drive implementation of security solutions supporting Vulnerability Management, CSPM, CWPP, ACS, and automation initiatives.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, backlog prioritization, and demand management activities.
- Produce executive-level reporting, KPIs, and management updates.
- Mentor team members and promote continuous improvement, operational excellence, and collaboration.

Your key responsibilities

Leadership & Project Management
10+ years of experience in Project Management, Cyber Security, Technology Delivery, or Engineering Leadership.
Proven experience leading large-scale technology or security transformation initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior management, engineering teams, auditors, and risk partners.
Experience managing project plans, RAID logs, governance forums, and executive reporting.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
