What we are looking for?

We are looking for engineers who have:

·      More than 1 year experience in the IP Industry, and have worked on one or more types of projects like invalidation searches, patentability searches, freedom-to-operate searches, landscapes, infringement studies, etc.

·      A knack for learning – they let their curious side take over to fetch out insights and leads, to find a win-win solution of any and every problem.

·      Ability to articulate and communicate their thoughts effectively – verbally and also on paper.

·      Influential personalities – are capable of leading a team, someone the team would look up to and know that their future is in right hands.

·      Voices of their own – can be upfront regarding their thoughts/opinions and can help the whole company to grow by suggesting constant improvements and doing new innovations.

·      Willingness to undertake initiatives for both team growth and personal development.

Summary of Job Function:

1.     The selected candidate will undergo a short training to know our take on handling projects and client engagement, basically what is GreyB’s way of doing the same work they have been doing in the past.

2.     They will be given hands-on live projects to work on along with the responsibility of directly interacting with clients over calls and e-mails.

3.     Moreover, they will get ample chances to sketch their personalized valuable add-ons that might be provided to the client apart from the defined requirements.

4.     Once they get well versed with their responsibilities and start handling their share of work, they’ll be provided with the opportunity of growing their team by training new people under them.

5.     They will get fair opportunities coming their way with the sheer thought of escalating their personal growth like writing blogs or articles, taking up workshops or sessions, to name a few.
