  • Architecture & Dependency Management: Identify, track, and resolve complex cross-functional dependencies across API contracts, core platform services, and external integrations.

  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify technical, security, and operational risks weeks before they impact launch schedules, building actionable contingency plans.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish a lightweight, high-impact execution cadence (e.g., agile delivery processes, integration testing syncs, execution metrics, post-mortems) across distributed engineering teams.

  • Proven history of delivering large-scale, multi-team software initiatives from inception to rollout on time and at scale.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills; ability to align disparate engineering, product, and business teams without direct authority.
  • Proficiency with program management frameworks (Jira, Confluence) and using metrics to measure delivery velocity and system reliability.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience in ad tech, data engineering, complex integrations (e.g., third-party verification, SDK integrations), or high-throughput real-time systems.
