Job Description

The Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Advisor provides subject matter expertise and practical support to Site Leadership across one or more assigned manufacturing sites. The role supports the implementation of Group HSE policies, procedures and initiatives to foster safe, healthy and environmentally sustainable workplaces.

The position provides a connection between site, divisional and Group HSE activities and supports the consistent implementation of Group HSE systems across the assigned sites. It also supports compliance with relevant Australian health, safety, environmental and sustainability legislation, regulations and industry standards.

The role is primarily site based and requires a regular, visible presence across the assigned manufacturing sites. The allocation of sites may change in response to business priorities, risk profile and operational needs. Travel between sites will be required.

Available shift: Part – time 22.8 hours per week – 3 Days

Your key responsibilities will be to:
